The hotel had a good temperature in the rooms, but they weren't ready upon our arrival, though we got there after the check-in time. The rooms were a bit small. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the ladies in the breakfast room who went above and beyond to assist my elderly father-in-law during his last-minute stay. The hotel's location was convenient for site-seeing in St John's and close to the airport. The dining experience was great with a good selection, and the facilities were excellent overall.
